Thank you so much to everyone who helped to raise the money for Thomas, or supported us in any other way. We raised in excess of £60,000 and Thomas went to America on 29th October. He had the first operation on his spinal cord on 3rd November 2011. One week later he then had a second operation called tendon release, where they lengthen the heelcords and hamstrings in his legs surgically. Both operations were a success and after 5 weeks in America Thomas is now back home and back on his (now flat) feet. Everyone who helped us has been amazing and we can never repay the kindness we have been shown. The video is a brief before and after to show what has been achieved so far.
